Finding Your Flow Window
Look for the two time blocks where your energy and focus ratings are both 4 or higher on at least three days. Protect those blocks by scheduling priority tasks first.
Weekly Consistency Score = (days tracked / 7) x 100%
Example: 5 tracked days / 7 x 100% = 71.4% consistency.
